Realty Oman is a Flutter marketplace for browsing and managing Omani property that works fully offline. It uses a local SQLite database (via Drift) so listings, search, and saved searches stay fast and available without connectivity, with an Arabic-first RTL interface, map-based discovery, and analytics — architected feature-first for maintainability.

The challenge
Property discovery in Oman needed a fast mobile experience that stays usable on unreliable connections, with a genuinely Arabic-first (not translated) UI and map-based search.
The solution
An offline-first Flutter app with a Drift/SQLite local database, Riverpod state management, go_router navigation, flutter_map integration, and seeded data — organized into feature modules (Properties, Map, Search, Analytics) with RTL Arabic as the default.
Architecture
Flutter 3.24+ with Drift (SQLite) tables and DAOs, freezed domain models, a repository pattern, Riverpod providers, and go_router routing — feature-first folder structure.
